Digital Lyfestyle, LLC Privacy Policy
Last Updated: May 2, 2025
Introduction
Digital Lyfestyle, LLC, a Texas limited liability company, ("Digital Lyfestyle", "we", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share your personal information when you use our website (the "Site"). It also explains your rights and choices regarding your personal information.
This Policy applies to personal information collected through our Site. We do not currently offer mobile applications or collect data through any platforms other than our website. We also do not require you to create an account or profile to use our Site, and we do not offer user account login functionality. By using our Site, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Policy.
Information We Collect
We collect personal information from or about you in the following ways:
Information You Provide Directly: When you use our Site, you may choose to give us certain personal information. For example, if you fill out a form or contact us, we collect details like your name, email address, phone number, nationality, and any other information you include in your communication.
Information Collected Automatically: When you visit our Site, we automatically collect certain technical information about your visit. This includes data such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, referral URL, pages you viewed, and the date and time of your visit. We collect this information through server logs and similar technical tools. (Note: We do not currently use cookies or tracking scripts beyond basic server logging. If we introduce cookies or similar technologies in the future, we will update this Policy and notify you as required.)
We collect the above information to operate our services, communicate with you, and improve the Site, as described in more detail in the next section.
How We Use Your Information
We use the personal information we collect for the following purposes:
To Provide and Improve Services: To operate, maintain, and improve our website and services, ensuring that content is presented in the most effective manner for you.
To Respond to Inquiries: To communicate with you, including responding to your questions, requests, or comments submitted via our Site.
Marketing and Promotions: To send you updates, newsletters, or marketing communications about our products, services, and promotions that may interest you. (We will only send you marketing emails if you have provided your contact information for this purpose or otherwise consented, and you can opt out at any time.)
Analytics and User Experience: To analyze usage of our Site and understand our audience (for example, by using analytics tools in the future to track aggregate trends and preferences) so we can improve our content and user experience.
Legal Compliance and Security: To comply with applicable laws and regulations, enforce our Terms of Service or other agreements, and to detect, prevent, or address fraud, security, or technical issues that may arise.
We will only use your personal information for the purposes we collected it for (or for related purposes that are reasonably compatible with the original purpose). If we need to use your information for an unrelated purpose, we will notify you and explain the legal basis, or request your consent if required by law.
Legal Bases for Processing (GDPR)
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or another region with laws governing data processing (such as the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)), we must have a legal basis to process your personal data. We rely on the following legal bases:
Consent: We rely on your consent where required – for example, to send marketing emails or to use certain cookies/tracking technologies (once implemented). You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time.
Contractual Necessity: We process personal data to perform a contract with you or to take steps at your request before entering into a contract. For instance, if you contact us to inquire about our services, we may process your information to respond and provide information or services you requested.
Legitimate Interests: We may process your data for our legitimate business interests, provided such processing is not overridden by your rights and interests. For example, we have a legitimate interest in understanding how users interact with our Site, securing and improving our services, and communicating with you about our offerings. When we rely on legitimate interests, we consider and balance any potential impact on your rights.
Legal Obligation: In some cases, we may need to process your personal information to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation (for example, responding to lawful requests by authorities or keeping records for tax and accounting purposes).
Sharing of Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. However, we may share your personal information with third parties in certain circumstances, as described below:
Service Providers: We share information with trusted third-party service providers who perform services on our behalf. These include website hosting providers, email delivery services, analytics or customer support tools, and other IT or business service providers. These parties are only authorized to use your information as necessary to perform services for us and are contractually obligated to protect it.
Marketing and Business Partners: We may share your information with partners or affiliates to promote our services or co-sponsor events and offerings. For example, if we run a joint promotion or event with another company, we might share information you provide (such as your name or email) with that partner for the limited purpose of the promotion, and only in accordance with applicable laws. We will obtain your consent when required before sharing your details with partners for their own marketing purposes.
Analytics and Advertising Partners: In the future, we may use analytics or advertising services (such as Google Analytics or similar) that collect information about your use of our Site through cookies or other trackers. These third parties may receive information about your visits and interactions on our Site to help us understand traffic patterns or to serve targeted advertisements. (At present, we have not implemented such tracking tools — this is a potential practice we will update you about if it is introduced.)
Legal Requirements and Protection: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or if we believe in good faith that such action is necessary to (i) comply with a legal obligation, subpoena, or governmental request; (ii) enforce our Terms of Service or other agreements; (iii) protect and defend the rights or property of Digital Lyfestyle, LLC; (iv) prevent or investigate possible wrongdoing in connection with our services; or (v) protect the personal safety of our users or the public.
Business Transfers: If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, investment financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, receivership, sale of company assets, or any other business transaction, your information may be transferred to a successor or affiliate as part of that transaction. In such cases, we will ensure that your personal information remains protected by this Privacy Policy or a policy of equivalent protection.
No Sale of Personal Information: Digital Lyfestyle, LLC does not sell personal information to third parties for monetary consideration. In the past 12 months, we have not sold any personal information. If in the future we plan to sell personal information or engage in sharing that is deemed a "sale" under applicable law (for example, sharing with third-party advertisers for their own use), we will update this Policy and provide required notices and opt-out mechanisms (such as a “Do Not Sell My Personal Information” link for California residents).
Cookies and Tracking Technologies
As of the Last Updated date of this Policy, we do not use cookies or similar tracking technologies on our Site (aside from essential cookies required for basic website functionality). However, we anticipate using cookies and related technologies in the future to enhance your experience and collect usage data.
What Are Cookies? Cookies are small text files stored on your device that help websites recognize you and remember your preferences. When implemented, we may use cookies to:
Remember Preferences: Store your settings or preferences to improve your experience (for example, keeping you logged in or remembering language choices, if such features are introduced).
Collect Analytics: Gather information about how you use our Site (via analytics cookies) so we can understand what content is popular and improve our website’s performance and design.
Personalize Content/Advertising: Provide you with relevant content or advertisements (via advertising cookies) if we partner with ad networks or marketing platforms.
Future Use and Consent: Before we use any non-essential cookies (such as analytics or advertising cookies), we will provide a clear notice (e.g., a cookie banner) and obtain your consent where required by law. You will have the option to accept or decline certain cookies.
Managing Cookies: You can manage or delete cookies at any time through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies, or alert you when cookies are being sent. Please note that if you disable cookies entirely, some features of our Site may not function properly once such features are implemented.
Do Not Track: Some browsers have a “Do Not Track” (DNT) feature that signals to websites that you do not want to be tracked. Currently, because we do not use tracking beyond basic necessary site functionality, our Site does not respond differently to DNT signals. If we begin using cookies or similar trackers, we will review how we can honor DNT signals or any global privacy control settings in accordance with relevant laws.
Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which we collected it, including to meet any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. In general:
If you contact us with an inquiry or request, we will retain your information for as long as needed to respond to you and keep a record of our communication.
If you have agreed to receive marketing communications, we will retain your contact information until you opt out or unsubscribe from those communications (or until we stop sending them). We will also retain a record of your opt-out request to ensure we respect your wishes in the future.
We may retain certain information for longer periods if necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, maintaining records for tax, audit, or compliance purposes), to resolve disputes, or to enforce our agreements.
When personal information is no longer needed for any of the above purposes, we will delete it or anonymize it. We periodically review the data we hold and erase or anonymize data that is no longer required for a legitimate purpose.
Please note that even after we have processed a deletion request, your information might persist in backup archives (where it is not readily accessible) until those backups are purged. We may also retain limited information to comply with opt-out requests or to maintain records of communications and actions we have taken (for example, a record of consent given or withdrawn for legal compliance).
Your Rights and Choices
You have certain rights and choices regarding your personal information. These rights may vary depending on your location and the applicable privacy laws. We are committed to honoring your rights and facilitating your control over your information.
Rights of Individuals in the EEA/UK (GDPR)
If you are in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, you have the following rights under the GDPR (subject to certain exceptions):
Right to Access: You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, along with information on what we use it for and with whom it has been shared.
Right to Rectification: You can ask us to correct or update any inaccurate or incomplete personal data we have about you.
Right to Erasure: You can request that we delete your personal data in certain circumstances – for example, if it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, or if you have withdrawn your consent (where the processing was based on consent). This is sometimes called the “right to be forgotten.” Keep in mind we may retain certain information when permitted by law, such as for legal compliance or legitimate interests as described above.
Right to Restrict Processing: You can ask us to limit or suspend the processing of your personal data in certain situations, such as if you contest the accuracy of the data or have objected to our processing.
Right to Data Portability: You have the right to request your personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, and you can ask that we transmit it to another data controller where technically feasible. (This right applies when the processing is based on your consent or a contract and the processing is carried out by automated means.)
Right to Object: You may object to our processing of your personal data when we base it on legitimate interests, if you believe your rights override our interests. You also have the absolute right to object to processing of your data for direct marketing purposes at any time.
Right to Withdraw Consent: If we are processing your personal data based on your consent, you can withdraw that consent at any time. This will not affect the lawfulness of any processing that occurred before you withdrew consent.
Right to Lodge a Complaint: If you believe we have infringed your data protection rights, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority (data protection regulator) in the EEA or UK. We would, however, appreciate the chance to address your concerns directly before you do so, and welcome you to contact us with any issues.
To exercise your GDPR rights, please contact us using the information in the Contact Us section below. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests to ensure the security of your personal data.
Rights of California Residents (CCPA)
If you are a resident of California, you have specific rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) (as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, CPRA):
Right to Know: You have the right to request that we disclose the personal information we have collected about you over the past 12 months, including the categories of personal information, the categories of sources of that information, the business or commercial purpose for collecting it, the categories of third parties with whom we share it, and the specific pieces of personal information we hold about you.
Right to Delete: You can request that we delete personal information we have collected from you (subject to certain exceptions, such as if we need to keep it to comply with legal obligations or complete transactions you requested).
Right to Opt-Out of Sale or Sharing: CCPA gives you the right to opt out of the sale of your personal information. As noted above, we do not sell personal information for money. If we ever engage in data sharing that CCPA defines as a "sale" or “sharing” (for example, providing information to third-party advertisers for cross-context behavioral advertising), you will have the right to direct us not to do so. We will provide a clear method for you to exercise this right (such as a “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link on our website) if such practices are introduced.
Right to Correct: You have the right to request that we correct inaccurate personal information we maintain about you (this right is provided under the CPRA, effective January 1, 2023).
Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights. This means we won’t deny you our services, charge you a different price, or provide a lesser quality of service just because you exercised your rights under CCPA.
“Shine the Light” Disclosure: Separate from CCPA, California’s “Shine the Light” law allows residents to request information about whether their personal information was disclosed to third parties for the third parties’ direct marketing purposes. However, Digital Lyfestyle, LLC does not disclose personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing uses without your consent.
To exercise any of your California rights, you (or an authorized agent acting on your behalf) can contact us using the methods described in the Contact Us section below. We may need to verify your identity and California residency to process your requests. We will respond to your request within the timeframe required by law (generally within 45 days, with the possibility of a 45-day extension when reasonably necessary, of which we would inform you).
Your Choices (Opt-Outs and Preferences)
You also have control over how your information is used in the following ways:
Email Marketing: If you receive marketing emails from us, you can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link in those emails or by contacting us directly. Even after you opt out of marketing communications, we may still send you non-promotional messages, such as responses to your inquiries or information about transactions you’ve requested.
Cookies: As described in the Cookies and Tracking Technologies section above, you have choices about whether to accept cookies. You can adjust your browser settings to refuse certain cookies or to alert you when cookies are being sent. Once we implement a cookie consent tool on our Site, you will also be able to manage your cookie preferences through that tool.
Access and Correction: You may contact us at any time to request access to the personal information we have about you, or to ask that we update or correct that information. See the Contact Us section below for how to reach us.
Children's Privacy
Our services are not directed to, and we do not intentionally collect personal information from, individuals under the age of 18. If you are under 18, please do not provide any personal information to us. We do not knowingly collect information from children, and if we become aware that we have inadvertently received personal information from someone under 18, we will promptly delete such information from our records.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a minor under 18 may have provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can investigate and delete any such information.
Data Security
We take the security of your personal information seriously. Digital Lyfestyle, LLC implements reasonable and appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include, for example, access controls to our data systems, encryption of data transmitted to our Site (e.g., using SSL/TLS technology), and regular monitoring of our systems for potential vulnerabilities and attacks.
However, please note that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. You share information with us at your own risk. If you have reason to believe that your interaction with us is no longer secure (for example, if you believe your information has been compromised), please contact us immediately using the contact information below.

Digital Lyfestyle, LLC is based in the United States. If you are visiting our Site from outside the U.S., please be aware that your personal information will be transferred to and processed in the United States (and potentially in other countries where our service providers are located). Those countries may have data protection laws that differ from the laws of your country, and your information could be subject to lawful requests by courts or law enforcement in those jurisdictions.
For personal data collected from individuals in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, whenever we transfer such data to the United States or any country outside of those regions, we will ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect it. This may include using European Commission-approved Standard Contractual Clauses, relying on an EU/UK adequacy decision for the destination country (if applicable), or in some cases, obtaining your consent. By providing your information to us or using our Site, you acknowledge that your personal data will be transferred to the U.S. (and possibly other jurisdictions) as explained in this Policy.
We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy wherever it is processed.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technologies, legal requirements, or for other operational reasons. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this Policy. If the changes are significant, we may provide more prominent notice — for example, by posting a notice on our homepage or emailing you if we have your contact information.
We encourage you to review this page periodically to stay informed about our privacy practices. Any changes will become effective when the updated Privacy Policy is posted. Your continued use of the Site after any update signifies your acceptance of the revised Policy.
